Legal Protection, Order Fulfillment, & Data Security Standards

1. Overview & Agreement to Services

This Agreement governs all access to and use of ISIEWU.com (operated by Foodstockers Limited, herein referred to as "ISIEWU," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing our platform, placing an order, registering an account, subscribing to ISIEWU Rewards, or communicating with customer support, you ("Customer," "User," or "Guest") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these unified Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Order Fulfillment, Required Details, & Advanced Booking

A. Essential Booking Information

To complete any order, catering booking, or table reservation, customers must provide full, accurate details:

Full Legal Name and active Primary Phone Number.
Exact Delivery Address (including Unit/Suite, Postal Code, and Access Instructions).
Dish Selection, Customization Parameters (Portion Size, Spice Level, Add-ons), and Payment Authorization.

B. Pre-Orders & Notice Requirements

Standard Orders: Processed subject to daily kitchen capacity and courier availability.
Large Events & Bulk Catering: Require a mandatory advance notice period of 3 to 7 business days. Late submissions are accepted solely at ISIEWU's discretion and may incur expedited preparation surcharges.

3. Order Verification, Fraud Prevention, & Right to Cancel

To protect our operations against phantom submissions, unverified bookings, and fraudulent transactions:

Authentication Protocols: All online and telephone orders are authenticated via in-app booking notifications, email receipts, and automated or live phone/SMS verification.
Right of Cancellation Without Notice: ISIEWU reserves the absolute right to decline, cancel, or withhold fulfillment on any order containing incomplete address data, unverified contact numbers, or unconfirmed payment authorizations without prior notice or liability.

4. Delivery Service Zones & Extended Surcharges

Primary Delivery Zones: Flat or complimentary delivery rates apply strictly within designated municipal coverage areas (e.g., Hamilton, Stoney Creek, ON).
Expanded Service Zones: Delivery requests outside primary coverage areas are subject to distance-based extended delivery fees, calculated at checkout or confirmed via customer support.
Delivery Receipt Responsibility: Drivers will make up to two (2) contact attempts upon arrival. If a customer is unreachable after a 10-minute arrival window, food will be left at a secure location or returned to the kitchen. No refunds or replacements will be issued for unreceived deliveries due to customer non-responsiveness.

5. Strict No-Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to strict public health protocols and the perishable, custom-prepared nature of hot culinary items:

No Returns or Physical Exchanges: All sales are final upon kitchen dispatch. Physical returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
Immediate Order Cancellations: Standard daily orders may only be canceled within 15 minutes of submission, provided kitchen prep has not commenced.
Advance Catering Cancellations (3–7 Day Bookings): Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to fulfillment qualify for a 50% store credit. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled delivery are 100% non-refundable.

6. Payment Processing & Currency Terms

Accepted Payment Channels: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac Direct Debit (via Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and verified Cash on Delivery (COD in eligible zones).
Currency & International Processing: All prices are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If paying with an international card, your issuing bank may apply currency conversion or cross-border processing fees. ISIEWU is not responsible for third-party bank surcharges.

7. Privacy Protection & Zero Data Sale Guarantee

Zero Third-Party Sale: We never sell, rent, trade, or lease personal information to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
Strict Data Scope: Information collected is used strictly for order fulfillment, logistics routing, direct customer communication, in-app status updates, and ISIEWU Rewards administration.
Birthday Details Protection: Date of Birth collected during rewards enrollment is utilized strictly for automated birthday discount offers and age verification (18+).

8. Marketing Consent, Automated Messaging, & Self-Service Opt-Out

Express Marketing Consent: Marketing communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications) are initiated only upon explicit customer opt-in (such as checking the required consent box during signup or checkout).
Customer Opt-Out Responsibility: Subscriptions are managed directly by the user. You retain full control to opt out at any time by:

Clicking "Unsubscribe" in marketing emails.
Replying "STOP" to SMS notifications.
Toggling marketing settings within your ISIEWU User Profile (/profile).

9. Rights to Data Access & Account Erasure

Customers reserve the right to review, update, or request the permanent deletion of their personal details, order history, and rewards profiles from our systems. Data access or deletion requests can be submitted anytime to privacy@isiewu.com or via In-App Live Support.

10. Multi-National Privacy Law Compliance

ISIEWU.com operates in full compliance with applicable data protection statutes across all operating jurisdictions, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA - Canada), the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA - Nigeria), and global SSL/TLS security protocols.
